My good friend, Britt, from South Carolina sent me an impromptu video he made. Very cool... He too, has a passion and a clearly focused desire to achieve his goal. He competes in strength competitions. He sets personal goals to beat his previous heaviest weight and by doing so won him a National title. Great workout partner, even though we had to strip some plates off for my sets. :-) He pushed me to better myself. Thanks for thinking of me Britt.
